This small business provided high quality service to me. They made my purchase experience trouble free. The installers worked hard, did a excellent job and were the best people ever.

We recently needed to get new carpet for our home and had a wonderful experience with Flooring Central. They offered a large selection. We chose the carpet that was specific to pet owners. The sales associates were very nice and knowledgeable as was the associate who came out to take measurements. The installers were also very friendly and worked quickly. We are so happy with our new carpet!

It has been almost 3 years since we gave our rather big project (2500 plus sqf & the staircase) to Flooring Central. 90% hardwood floor and 10% LVP. We did not write a review because there were no big problems so it slipped my mind. We first went to 4 places to get quotes but they all seemed too pushy or were trying to sell us materials we were not interested in. We said we needed them to finish the job within 4 days, but they would not promise. When we went to Flooring Center we were glad that we were left alone for a while to explore the types of flooring on our own without them pressuring us. When we were ready, I an African American spoke to a white lady named Debbie (I think that ‘s her name)who explained how things were done, and who set us up with an appointment with her brother, Jim who would come to our house. Jim came the next day, and we told him exactly what we wanted—good workmanship, protection for our furniture, and timeliness. We didn’t want them to come back to fix things a week later. Jim made us feel confident that they would do everything exactly the way we wanted. When the time came we were introduced to Charlie, an African American man who was in charge of the installation. Jim told me he had been working together with Charlie for 20 or 30 years. I can’t remember. We do NOT believe Jim, his sister, or Charlie are racists, in fact they were so easy to work with and are really nice people. They addressed all our concerns. Jim replied to all our emails in less 24 hours. They were professional, respectful, timely, and even funny. Charlie came with several workers—4 or 5 men. They finished the job in 3 or 4 days; I can’t remember exactly, but it was so fast. They were minor problems but they fixed it immediately. The workmanship was beautiful. My wife is very detailed and meticulous and a perfectionist, and even she was happy. The floor is still beautiful. Friends asked who did the floor and we were pleased to recommend Flooring Central. We are still very happy with the job they did. If we have to get someone to do any flooring we will call Flooring Central again.
